The admin tools are there to perform simple tasks on your ProofBuddy site.

Backup DB

Allows you to download a SQL backup file of your ProofBuddy database.  This is useful if you need to move your ProofBuddy site to another server or want to have a backup copy of your database. 

Clean Cache

ProofBuddy makes use of a cache folder for several actions.  For example, if a user views a grayscale version of an image the grayscale version is cached so it doesn't need to be converted the next time.  But caches sometimes get too large and this tool allows you to clean it out.  Don't worry about the files though, they'll be recreated the next time they're needed.

Optimize Database

On occasion MySQL databases get, for a lack of better word, dirty and do not perform as well as they should.  This tool cleans up your database for best performance.

Reset Next Invoice

If you don't want your invoices to start at 1, or want to start at 1000 for the new year this is the place to do it.  Note that you can only increase this number.  You cannot set a lower number.
