Creating the MySQL Database
One of the first steps you need to take before installing ProofBuddy is to create a MySQL database for ProofBuddy to use.

I attempted to follow the steps to link my proofbuddy account to my new webpage but I am not able to comprehend this, it is way over my head. How much is it to have you log into my account or guide me to get this done? I have proofs that need to be loaded for my clients! Please let me know what we can do about my lack of ablity to comprehend this?

The first email I can find is from March 11, which is only 3 days. A previous email may have gotten caught in a spam filter between you and us.
On the right side is a link on our install service. Basically all we need to know how to login to your account to create a database and upload files.
Ryan I sent you the information thru your installation service. Is this something you can show me or guide me thru in case it happens again in the future or so that I can recognize the problem and not guessing what went wrong? Just recently all was working properly and then I get this error so I am not sure what went wrong, if you do recognize where the problem occured please let me know so I can have some sort of closure with this situation.
