4 Step Install
Step 1 - Download, unzip, and upload the ProofBuddy files to your site.
Step 2 - Create the database
Step 3 - Go to your site. The first time you visit you will need to enter your database connection information, your company information, and create your first admin user.
Step 4 - Start customizing your site. At a minimum be sure to add pricing information and sales tax - both under the Options tab

I have downloaded, unzipped, and uploaded the folder to my GoDaddy account. I created my Database within GoDaddy.
Then, coming back here you say go to your new website... But where is that? Where do I see it?
Let's say your domain is http://www.example.com and you uploaded the ProofBuddy files to a folder named /proofs/. You would go to http://www.example.com/proofs/ in your browser.
Be sure to look at the GoDaddy MySQL page. You'll need to know how to get a couple pieces of information from your GoDaddy control panel to enter into ProofBuddy.
Any idea whats wrong?
Config file
The next step is writing your settings to a configuration file.
Warning: fopen(../../user/config.inc.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\4291261\html\proofs\admin\install\config.inc.php(8) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 35
Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\4291261\html\proofs\admin\install\config.inc.php(8) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 36
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\4291261\html\proofs\admin\install\config.inc.php(8) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 37
The config file has been written for you and was saved as /user/config.inc.php in your ProofBuddy directory.
@Rob - Make sure the web server has permission to create a file in the user folder.
Have you given any consideration at all with converting your website into Chinese? I know a few of translaters here that would help you do it for free if you wanna contact me personally.
