8 comments It's just about time for ProofBuddy 2.1. Only thing left in our ticket system is our internal testing, and then we'll be looking for a few users to help kick the tires before it's formal release.
So anyone out there who feels up to helping us test out the new version you can either put your name in the hat by commenting below or contacting us using the form on the right. We're looking for about 6 or 8 testers. Either way, be sure to include an email address so we can be in touch.
For the Pro users, 2.1 will be a free upgrade from 2.0; but you will have to unregister and re-register to download a newer version of the Pro files.

One question... is there going to be mayor changes in pb 2.1, I am working in a new theme for my pb.. should I wait until the new version is released?
Nothing that will keep a theme you make for 2.0 from working in 2.1. There will be a few functions that will make it easier for plugins and themes, but the old ways will still work.
Quick update... our testing found some issues in the code that calculates discounts in fairly specific circumstances. Most of the time it works, but "most of the time" isn't good enough. So that section of code is being rewritten, and then retested, to make sure it works like it's supposed to. The catch is that we had hoped to have a pre-release of 2.1 out before Christmas and it's looking like we may not meet that goal.
I'd be happy to test version 2.1 as I'm just now starting to experiment with version 2.0.4 and don't have anything set in stone.
