There was also a bit of a change in how the notes pop-ups work. fullimage.tpl - The new variable <!--addToCartCategoriesTable--> is used to add support for pricing categories in 2.0 pro. And the 18% theme has a folder named email that only has two subfolders. Best guess is that it's snagging trying to unzip that folder and never creates the theme.xml file which is why you get the invalid theme error. In the meantime. You can manually download the zip, unzip it to your computer, and upload the folder inside the zip to the /user/themes/ folder under where you have ProofBuddy on your server.
