Turns out the ability to tag and view favorites didn't make the transition from version 1.0 to 2.0. We've gotten most of the code in place for favorites to work in beta 8 but it is a lot more than we were expecting to write between b7 and b8. Most of the issues found in b7 are either relatively trivial or specific to a server setup and wouldn't affect everybody. But they're still issues and we're working to get them ironed out. The upgrade file is pointing to an old path for your config file. The patch fixes it.
